Starting with carefully selected sequences that are designed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance (HIPS FOCUS) you will energise and boost your systems, while focusing more deeply on the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and breath. Then enjoy some grounded pelvic & hips practice to evoke inner calm and begin to down-regulate your nervous system. Dynamic style movement improves joint mobility, heart & lung health and enhances circulation. In stillness, you are able to Release Tension, connect to your breath & inner experience for improved physical health, mental clarity, and emotional balance. Facilitate deep Rest and Mindfulness, accessing your parasympathetic 'Rest & Digest State' during closing guided Relaxation.
