During this Special Afternoon Workshop, Increase your stability and improve strength in your shoulders, upperbody and ‘core centre’. You will use hand-weights to maintain muscle mass and support joint health. Explore healthy moves from both Pilates and Yoga to enjoy connections to your inner strength, as well as opportunities to mobilise and release tension. Feeling stable in the body improves overall confidence and these practices help you feel to mentally/emotionally resilient... With breath awareness and mindful attention, your focus is enhanced as you become absorbed by the physical practice.
Closes with guided relaxation to embrace a state of easeful rest in Savasana.

PLEASE bring your mat, blanket and and HANDWEIGHTS ( 1kg to 2kg is fine )
I provide yoga blocks (plus bricks and belts if needed)
I have a few spare handweights too.
