Join me for a Mindful afternoon workshop. Unwind, strengthen, and align your body-mind and breath as you explore the essence of Balance and Ease. Combining yoga, pilates & somatic style moves you will explore ways to help find stability in your standing balances from the inside. This includes enhancing your awareness to core postural muscles with inner strength and a steady focus from the feet up and into the shoulder girdle too. Grounded Poses will allow you to release tension and encourage equilibrium. Be absorbed by an effective breathing pranayama technique to cultivate a balanced mindstate and emotional calm. Closes with guided relaxation in Savasana.

PLEASE bring your mat, blanket and and props of your own you enjoy.
I provide yoga blocks (plus bricks and belts if needed)
