A 3-hour workshop exploring how the breath can be used as a tool for self-regulation and empowerment with yoga teacher and neuroscientist Anna Raven (PhD) and breathwork instructor James Dunn.
Drawing on the latest research, we will guide you through a number of practices facilitating an experiential understanding of how each may benefit you.
