Details

Interweaving traditional yogic practices with insights from contemporary neuroscience and
psychotherapy, explore ways to begin undoing unhelpful patterns and empower yourself with tools for self-regulation.

By shifting our focus from the busy mind to the cues of our nervous system, polyvagal theory offers a useful map to navigate between states more skilfully and increase resilience.

In this August workshop, we’ll offer a brief introduction to the vagus nerve and its role in nervous system regulation. We’ll then help you explore the theory in an embodied way through breath, sound, movement, inquiry and partner work.

This workshop is open to all, regardless of your yoga experience. Please contact us if you have any questions, and we hope to see you there.

With love,
Anna and Hannah
