Yoga for Well-Being
For - stress relief, better movement, improved breathing, enhanced health, a chance to meet new people.

My classes are designed for all abilities, no prior experience needed. Everyone is welcome, regardless of size, shape, or age. The only requirement is that you can easily get up and down from the floor.

Classes include - common postures (Asanas), some yoga sequences, breathing practices,(Pranayama), meditation and relaxation.

Instructions

Comfortable clothing that you can easily move in.
An extra layer of clothing to put on, so that you don't get cold.
A blanket and yoga mat, I can lend you a yoga mat if necessary.
I will ask you to complete a registration form and a health form which you can complete online. The links to the forms will hopefully be attached to the email when you book.
