A gentle, community-focused well being gathering for women
Join Anita (Yoga), Leanne (Mindfulness Teacher) and Sarah (Menopause Coach) for a nurturing and uplifting morning designed to help you feel rested, supported and inspired. Together, we’ll explore simple, practical strategies for better sleep, stress relief, mindful breathing and gentle movement.
This first gathering is centred on building trust and community. You’ll be welcomed into a women’s circle where you can show up exactly as you are, meet like minded women and begin creating your own “Well Women – Toolkit for Life.”
Refreshments and home baking are included.
