When booking for the first time, I recommend setting up an account by creating a password for the system to keep your attendee data. Next time you log in to book, your details will be pre-filled in for you. New Client (PAR-Q) Form and Agreement Of Release and Waiver of Liability only need to be completed on first booking.

Refund policy

At yogawithBells, I operate a 24, 48 and 72 hour cancellation policy depending on your booking type. If you have booked and can no longer attend, please endeavour to cancel prior to the windows outlined. As a small business, I must honour this policy to ensure the classes and events remain sustainable and out of fairness for both clients, collaborators and venues.

I hope the below information is understandable and fair.

Class cancellation policy: 24hrs.
If cancelled 24hrs before the class start time then you will get a full refund or class pass credit return.

Event cancellation policy (workshops, mini retreats, day retreats): 72hrs.
If cancelled 72hrs before the event start time then you will get a full refund.

Course cancellation policy: 48hrs.
If cancelled 48hrs before the course start time then you will get a full refund.

If cancelled after these windows:
no refunds or transfers or you will lose your class pass credit.
