Yoga for All: Monday 9.30-10.45, Great Tey, Pattock's Farm Studio
In this class we move through breathing exercises, a gentle warm-up including slow flowing sun salutations and a series of longer held poses that help build strength, stability and flexibility. We end with a beautiful relaxation. This class offers standing / mat based and chair options, which makes it suitable for those with joint problems or those coming back from injury or surgery. Truly a class for every body and a great option for anyone who wants to practise in a non-competitive way.
Hatha Yoga: Wednesdays 19.00-20.15, Great Tey, Pattock's Farm Studio
A more traditional Hatha class suitable for all levels of experience including those new to yoga. In this class we move through breathing exercises, a gentle warm-up including slow flowing sun salutations and a series of longer held poses that help build strength, stability and flexibility. We end with a beautiful relaxation. If you want to experience a class that embraces the ebb and flow of activation and rest, then this is for you.
