You are warmly invited to join me for an afternoon of gentle yoga, deep relaxation, mini-soundbath and afternoon tea and cakes to raise money to support Leanne Lucas, the yoga teacher who was so seriously injured in the Southport attacks in July 2024, on her journey to recovery.
We will spend the afternoon in the lovely function room at the Bold Hotel on Lord St in Southport.
When you book in, you'll pay £8 to cover the hotel costs (the hotel have very generously waived the majority of their costs), and then will be invited to make a donation directly to Leanne's Go Fund Me page, with a suggested donation of at least £40, but any donations greater than that are very gratefully received.

The afternoon will comprise -
145pm - arrivals
200 - 330 pm - Welcome and gentle yoga
330 - 400pm - afternoon tea and cake
400 - 500pm - restorative yoga, yoga nidra, mini soundbath
Everyone welcome - no experience necessary.
Please bring your yoga mat, 2 pillows, 2 cushions, 2 blankets and anything else you need to be completely comfortable.
