What to expect:

  1. Joyful warm up: Begin with a light and invigorating warm up designed to wake up your body and spirit . Gentle stretches and playful movement set a positive tone for the session ahead
  2. Energising Postures: flow through a series of classic Hatha Yoga poses that enhance strength and balance. Each pose is taught with mindful attention to alignment and breath, with options to adapt to your individual level
  3. Breath and Mindfulness: Integrate breath work (pranayama) and mindfulness techniques to deepen your practice, reduce stress and cultivate inner peace. Learn to connect your breath with movement, fostering a sense of harmony and well being
  4. Interactive and Fun: Experience the joy of yoga through creative sequences and light hearted challenges that make your practice engaging and enjoyable. Share smiles and positive energy with your fellow yogis
  5. Relaxation and Bliss: Conclude the class with a soothing relaxation or guided meditation. This final segment is designed to help you absorb the benefits of your practice, leaving you feel rejuvenated, grounded and joyful

Sound Bath Meditations:
I will use spoken meditation, therapeutic sounds and breathwork to help ease stress, anxiety and promote mindfulness, relaxation and balance. *** IMPORTANT***

Please note the Sound Bath Session is not suitable for pregnancy, diabetes, epilepsy, pacemaker or any heart defects, hearing implants or any other implants, recent surgery (within 3 months) or children under 10 years old.

If you have any mental health conditions - Sound healing often triggers emotional releases, which can bring up intense feelings.
