Hi there!
I'm Louise Fenner and I am a Hatha Vinyasa Yoga and Meditation Teacher. I also teach Menopause Yoga and Seated/Chair Yoga.
I teach live "in-person" and online classes in Bristol with an emphasis on supporting complete beginners as they take that exciting first step onto their mats and onwards into the wonderful world of Yoga practice. I know..... sometimes the world of yoga can feel a bit intimidating! The most common things I hear from potential students is "Im not flexible enough for enough" - "Im too old" - "Im not fit enough" but thats why we DO Yoga! Yoga helps us to work towards improving our flexibility, strength and into good physical and mental health! Im here to support you and to let you know that Yoga is truly for everyone. Indeed, all you need to do Yoga is your body!

Reading on? Excellent - Well here's a bit more about me then: Yoga has literally changed my life and constantly inspires and supports me to live a fully enriched life that I never knew I could have.
I now seek pass this knowledge on to teach what I love to my students - combining imaginative sequencing, a spirit of gentleness and playfulness and continued inspiration to help them thrive and deepen their practice into what they truly need in order to nurture their mind, body and soul.
Equally I feel empowered to build a local Yoga community for ongoing support and organise special events to bring like-minded individuals together so that we can truly enjoy this wonderful life!
