Mum and Baby yoga with Alice
Alice has been teaching Mum and Baby yoga since her little one's were babies themselves (2014) and loves to bring women together to support each other at what can be a crazy and overwhelming time of life.
Alice uses the tools of yoga to create a welcoming and calm environment from which we can all benefit by moving, playing, talking and breathing together.
Yoga can help us to heal physically and emotionally from whatever birth you may have experienced. Regaining a sense of self to empower women to meet motherhood with honesty and openness, one day at a time.
