Payments for courses and classes are to be made in full, in advance. In the event of classes being cancelled by Yorkshire Dales Pilates, refunds will be made in full.
If you are unable to attend your mat class, we can send a 30min video on request. Refunds are not available for mat classes.
Reformer classes have a 24hour cancellation policy. Refunds to reformer classes will only be made if classes are cancelled with 24hrs notice before the start of the class.
