10.00 Free time
11.00am Rosary and sung litany at the Shrine of St. Margaret Clitherow - 10.45 if the earlier Mass finishes early(address: The Shambles YO1 7LX)
11.30am-12.30pm Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament at the Oratory
1pm Lunch at Wetherspoons - the Punch Bowl (address: 5–9 Blossom Street, York, North Yorkshire, YO24 1AU)
2.30pm Visit to the Bar Convent (address: 17-19 Blossom Street, Dringhouses YO24 1AQ)
4.15pm Talk by Dom Christopher Greener OSB in the Tower Room of St. Mary's Bishopshill –“Richard Rolle: Mystical Devotion and it’s Echoes in St. Margaret Clitherow’s time”
5pm Vespers in St. Mary's Bishopshill - the oldest Church in York (address: 16 Bishophill Jr, York YO1 6EN)
5.45pm Social - Wetherspoons - the Punch Bowl

9am Free time - Chance to explore sites of York
11.00am Prayers at the site of Margaret Clitherow’s martyrdom (address: Plaque on Ouse Bridge, YO1 7PR)
12.00pm Mass at the Oratory (EF) - followed by light refreshments at the Oratory

*Please note for those who can stay later there is Sunday Solemn Vespers at Oratory at 4pm.
**If there are people (with their own transport) travelling up before the weekend of 26th October, there's going to be Gregorian Chant Vespers at the lovely historic church of the Immaculate Conception and St John of Beverley on Friday 25th - probably at the late time of 7pm to allow for local people travelling as well as anyone else. It's the traditional Feast Day of St John of Beverley, so I decided it was too good an opportunity to miss! The church is approximately 20 minutes driving time from York, and can be located at:

Please note that this is not a campus event, so you you will have to organise your own food and accommodation and pay your own charge for entry into the Bar Convent exhibition (which is not compulsory):-
