Payment Schedule
Your first payment will be at the time of registration and billed automatically each month. To cancel or change your membership, you must submit a request 30 (thirty) days' prior to your next billing date to rmd@youngengineers.org.
Payment Policy
I understand that the contract will be renewed automatically at the same terms as the original contract and billing will continue at the same monthly rate, unless you have purchased a no contract membership. I, the student, parent or legal guardian of the student understand that my tuition is arranged to be in monthly instalments and is not affected by my class schedule and/or attendance. I further understand that failure to complete the class does not relieve me of my obligation to pay the tuition in full. MONTHLY DUES Monthly dues are collected as per the Electronic Funds Transfer agreement. Rejected monthly automatic debit charges or non-receipt of payment on credit cards and chequing/savings accounts are subject to a $25.00 service fee per transaction. Any outstanding monies due may result in revocation of membership. Accounts past due beyond 60 days are subject to payment in full of the entire balance of the agreement plus a 20% monthly service charge on the amount past due.
Freeze/Cancellation Policy
Parent may terminate the Child’s participation in the Program(s) by providing thirty (30) days written notice to Provider. Young Engineers Richmond reserves the right to cancel this membership agreement, refuse admittance and the use of the facility to anyone, at anytime.
Parent may freeze the Child(s) membership for up to 3 (three) months in total per calendar year with $50 admin fee. Parent must provide thirty (30) days prior notice to Provider for each instance that Parent wishes to freeze the Child’s membership in the Program(s).
