Cancellations: You may change or cancel your booking, without charge, up to 24 hours before the start of the session. Changes must be made personally by you via your online account on the booking system.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class will be charged the full fee.
‘No Shows’ will also be charged the full fee.
Class changes: Classes may be cancelled or changed due to instructor illness, holidays, or low attendance (two or fewer). In the event that a class is cancelled at short notice by Your Pilates Prescription, reasonable efforts will be made to contact you immediately by telephone or email. You will be issued a full refund or class credit to book into a future session.
