Workshops for all, plus 1:1 intuitive psychic readings with Adam and Reiki with Becky throughout the day.

Come and feel good at Bennison Farm, Thorrington... an opportunity to stretch, laugh, rest, contemplate, create, listen and sing with your hosts Sarah McCaskey, Mer Richardson, Adam Moore and Becky Doyle.

All ages welcome 0 - 99+! U18s must be accompanied by an adult

🌳 11.00am Laughter on the land with Sarah
Vegetable inspired movement practices and laughter games

🌳 12.00pm Sound on the ground with Sarah
Rest on the earth with guided relaxation and a soothing sound bath

🌳 1.00pm picnic lunch
BYO food - tea shack will be open for hot drinks by cash donation

🌳 2.00pm Befriending your thoughts with Mer
Learn how to rewire your brain for positive change in your world and create a personalised shell decoupage affirmation to take home.

🌳 3.00pm Story and song with Sarah and Mer
Nature and farm inspired stories and songs

🌳 11.00am - 4.00pm Friendly, grounded psychic readings with Adam
20 minute sessions blending Tarot and intuition for insight and fresh perspective.

🌳 11.00am - 4.00pm Relaxing and rejuvenating Reiki healing with Becky.
20 or 40 minute sessions according to your needs.

** FEES **

£8.00 per individual workshop
£15.00 for both morning sessions
£15.00 for both afternoon sessions
£28.00 for the full day - come for the day, dip in and out of the workshops, book a psychic reading, enjoy relaxing at the farm and check out the farm trail
£10.00 for a 20 minute 1:1 psychic reading - payable on the day
£10.00 for 20 mins / £20 for 40 mins Reiki - payable on the day

FREE for U18s - very welcome in all workshop sessions (no ticket required)
children's activities available in the social area so kids can get up to other things in sight of the workshop area if they're not up for the workshop itself

FREE for any family member or friend who is helping with childcare , sharing lunch with you, but not joining in the workshops (no ticket required)
