Experience the yoga of voice and music in a relaxed atmosphere. Chant traditional meditative mantras for healing and wellbeing and sing bhajans to strengthen the voice, open the heart and lift the spirits.
A chance to listen and if you wish add your voice to the mix. Accompanied by soothing hum of the harmonium and baritone ukulele.
Your children are welcome to come along with you to this session as long as you accompany them throughout the building. U16s are free - please book them a space. Over 16s pick a ticket from the sliding scale.
