Come and enjoy the wonderful cosy space aboard the SB May, The Bread and Roses barge. Make new friends and get your body moving, the session includes a drink and snack afterwards.
Simple gentle yoga for all ages and abilities, particularly those who find exercise challenging. Standing and seated movement, breathing and mindfulness practices to gently mobilise, stretch, strenghten and relax your body and mind. We'll use the seats and wooden step on the barge to support us with our practice.

Equipment provided, any clothes are fine, warm layers recommended, ideally something loose at the waist and cosy socks.
Parking: next to the barge so a very short walk to the entrance
Access: there is a ramp and fairly steep steps to access the barge, however there are lots of rails and support to get down the stairs.
