Based on hatha yoga blended with Sarah's experience of training in other movement forms, including various styles of dance and somatic practice. The classes are suitable for beginners and more advanced practitioners. The sessions inlcude mat work both lying and sitting, standing practices, movement, breath, relaxation and meditation.
All participants need to be able to sit on the floor comfortably (with blocks / cushions if required) to take part in this class.

Door will open at 5.50pm for a 6.00pm start
Please bring your own mat, block, blanket, cushion, water and anything else you need.
Wear warm layers.
There are no official covid protocols at present but please be mindful of hands face space protocol, wash / sanitise your hands, wear a mask if you wish, remain in the area of your mat to give others plenty of space.
Please do not attend if you have any symptoms and let Sarah know if you test positive in the days after a class.
