Yoga With Kate

Yoga With Kate classes offer a journey of self discovery, through the connection of body, mind and breath. Each class allows you to relax with a simple introductory meditative breathwork (pranayama), that invites you to let go of your day/week and connect to the present moment.

Tuesday night classes are designed for beginners, using a slow and gentle approach to both pranayama and Asana (Posture work). Asana sequences are carefully put together with beginner instructions in place ensuring you feel supported. Each Asana practice aims to give you a full body workout but at your own pace and in your own unique way.
