The classes are designed for students new to yoga, and those with less than two years of experience with Iyengar yoga. A wide range of basic poses (asanas) are taught to develop strength, stamina and flexibility, and the classes are suitable for any age group.
Clothing: Loose-fitting clothing is enough and you should be prepared to practice in bare feet.
Health: Please fill in the confidential health form before coming to class. You can find the link on the same booking page on the website.
Before your class: You should not eat for at least two hours before an Iyengar yoga class, or four hours in the case of a heavy meal.
