REFUND POLICY (for meetings and seminars): No refunds will be given for cancellations requested less than one month prior to a scheduled event. Refunds will not be given for "no shows". This policy does not apply to the annual local chapter conference. For information on the cancellation policy for the conference please visit the conference page.

Refund policy

Online payment is not required for in-person morning or evening Local Chapter meetings. You have the option of paying by cash or check the day of the in-person meeting. Online payment is required for virtual meetings, the annual conference, workshops, CPC review class and mock exams. Please see those individual booking event for their specific refund/cancellation policy.
