All of the classes with Ann-Maree are recorded and up loaded to a private WhatsApp group on a weekly basis so you can further your practise at home. The main aims of each class are balance, coordination, flexibility, mobility, strengthening muscles, mindful breathing and stretching you both physically and mentally.
