➡️ A little note about cancellations

We completely understand that plans can change! To keep things fair and consistent for everyone, we have a clear cancellation policy that applies to all bookings.

💥 Individual Classes

More than 12 hours’ notice → No problem! We’ll send you a discount code for the full value of your class, which you can use towards your next booking.

Less than 12 hours’ notice → Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund or discount code.

⚡ Block Bookings

Block bookings are offered at a special discounted price and are booked on the basis that you’re able to attend all classes in your block.

If you miss a class or are unable to attend, we’re unable to offer refunds or discount codes.

Please note: These are our standard cancellation terms and we’re unable to make exceptions.

📩 Need to cancel an individual class?

Please email us at hello@bailalavida.co at least 12 hours before your class and we’ll be happy to arrange your discount code.

Please note that cancellations sent by DM or Instagram message can easily be missed, so email is the only way we can process cancellations and make sure everything is dealt with smoothly.
