⚡ Individual Classes

More than 12 hours’ notice → No problem! We’ll send you a discount code for the value of your class, which you can use towards your next booking.

Less than 12 hours’ notice → Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer refunds or discount codes this close to class time.

⚡ Block Bookings

Block bookings already come with a special discounted price.

When you book, you’re confirming that you can attend all the classes in your block.

If you miss a class, we’re not able to offer refunds or discount codes.

📩 A quick reminder

Please email us (hello@bailalavida.co) at least 12 hours before your class if you need to cancel an individual class —we’ll be happy to help.

DMs and Instagram messages are tricky to track, so email is the best way to make sure we can sort everything out smoothly.
