Bear Strength: Redefining Strength Training

Bear Strength is dedicated to transforming the way we build strength. We believe that strength training doesn't have to be boring or conventional, especially when time is limited. Inspired by exercises born out of necessity, such as the Steinborn lift and the Zercher Squat, we embrace unconventional methods and equipment like kegs and sandbags while also utilising classic movements like the bench press or snatch.
