Specific focus on strengthening our centre or 'core' with movement and breath techniques to support lower back and digestion. Variations of movement sequences will be taught for all levels so that you can progress and your own pace. Breath techniques will support your practice.
This class will stengthen not only your lower back but yoga practice, balance and ability to digest food and life.
All levels of fitness welcome, not suitable for pregnancy.
