Hands-on Beginner Beekeeping Experience (London)

Join us for an exciting day of working with bees! No experience needed, just curiosity.

This is a practical, beginner-friendly introduction to beekeeping in a working apiary. Learn the essentials about honeybees and the role of the beekeeper, then take part in guided hive inspections. Once you're comfortable, you’ll handle frames, observe colony behaviour, and build confidence working with our bees.

Refund policy

Transfers:
Transfers to another scheduled session or person are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

Cancellations by you:
Because our sessions run with small groups and involve upfront costs, including booking fees and site arrangements that cannot be recovered, the following policy applies:

  • More than 7 days before the session: Transfer to another date (subject to availability), or receive a refund of 80% of the booking value
  • Less than 7 days before the session: No refunds or transfers Once a session has started, refunds or transfers are not available.

Cancellations by us:
If we need to cancel or reschedule a session due to weather, bee welfare, low attendance, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer:

  • A transfer to an alternative date, or
  • A full refund
