❤️🌈Clubbercise (MONDAY'S) & Clubbercise Combat + Tone (THURSDAY'S)
My happy hour, taught in a darken room to banging 90’s club classics, forget all your troubles and switch off and reminisce to your clubbing days. Fun and energetic easy-to-follow dance fitness routines using rave glow sticks to classic 90's club anthems to the latest chart hits. Taught in a darkened room with disco lights and glow sticks. This class is for everyone as it has low and high impact levels so you can choose what suits your own fitness level anytime.
Clubbercise Combat+Tone is for people who prefer less dance-based workouts and more punching, kicking, jumping, squatting and lunging! Rest assured its still FUN FEEL GOOD FITNESS
*Flashing lights are used in this class so it is not appropriate for those who have photosensitive epilepsy

🧡🍑 LIIT WITH ANDREA
Liit is a Low Impact class tailored to those who want to re start their fitness regime or just prefer a lower paced class. A great way to move more and Feel Better. Maybe you've heard of HIlT before, well LIIT is the opposite
Safe place to engage, workout, build self-esteem, make friendships.
This class is aimed primarily at women, maybe your peri or post menopause.
Class numbers are capped so if it is your first face to face classes since the pandemic you will feel safe and at ease knowing that there is plenty of room.

LIIT was inspired by me from Rachel Holmes (Fitness Presenter and Business Coach)
Class is approximately 40 mins

💛🏋🏼‍♀️Ladies Strength
From Jan 2024 this class will be 60 mins instead of 45.
No more than 6 participants per group, we focus on strength training (TECHNIQUE) - Upper/Lower/Total Body anything from RDL's. Thrusters, Hanging, KettleBells, Dumbells etc - message for further details.

💜⏱️Circuits with Andrea
30 mins circuits - every Month is different, ranging from 8/10 stations.
Stations can include body weight exercises, punch bag, treadmill, rower, bike, battlerope, slam ball, dice, ladder, body conditioning.

You go at your level, 30 mins of fun followed by cooldown/stretch and your leave ready to kick start your weekend.

💚Daytime Strength & Conditioning Class
Small Group Training - Blended workout - group workout, stations etc - expect A Full body workout - Punch Bag, Barbell, Dumbbell's, Powerbag, Kettle Bells, Slam Balls just to name a few - not just body weight exercises and yes it will still be fun - TURN IT UP TUESDAY'S . YOU GO AT YOUR PACE, YOUR LEVEL, YOU DO YOU :-)

💚💪🏻Ladies Bootcamp (Resumes in the Spring)
Ladies Bootcamp for beginners, outside unless its chucking it down with rain or snow lol then we go on zoom for a Hiit workout. Class is suitable for all levels, you choose your hard. If you have small handweights then bring them along for group workout section.
