My happy hour, taught in a darken room to banging 90’s club classics, forget all your troubles and switch off and reminisce to your clubbing days. Fun and energetic easy-to-follow dance fitness routines using rave glow sticks to classic 90's club anthems to the latest chart hits. Taught in a darkened room with disco lights and glow sticks. This class is for everyone as it has low and high impact levels so you can choose what suits your own fitness level anytime.
Clubbercise Combat+Tone is for people who prefer less dance-based workouts and more punching, kicking, jumping, squatting and lunging! Rest assured its still FUN FEEL GOOD FITNESS
*Flashing lights are used in this class so it is not appropriate for those who have photosensitive epilepsy

Glowsticks are a must - Clubbercise isn't Clubbercise without our Trademark Reusable Glowsticks

Small Group Training for no more than 4 Ladies - expect A Full body workout - available for 2, 3 or 4 people looking to train together. Not a sweaty Class - You will leave feeling Strong, Empowered and ready to take on the day. YOU GO AT YOUR PACE, YOUR LEVEL, YOU DO YOU :-)

45 mins circuits - Suitable for all Fitness Levels Focusing on Strength/Resistance/Endurance. GO at your LEVEL, Your PACE, working as a team and individually - You will leave feeling EMPOWERED/STRONG

💛🏋🏼‍♀️Wednesdays Ladies Strength
60 mins Full Body Workout Upper/Lower and finishing with the Core.
No more than 6 participants per group, we focus on strength training (TECHNIQUE) - Upper/Lower/Total Body anything from RDL's. Deadliftt, Thrusters, KettleBells, Dumbells etc - message for further details.

💪🏻 Personal Training from my private home gym in Great Baddow. 1-2-1 or Workout with a Friend - A Full Body Workout personalised to you or you and your friend. Block bookings also Available. Get in touch for more details.
