CANCELLATION POLICY:
*In-person sessions (KX) : 48 hours.
*Livestream sessions : 24 hours.
*Classes : 24 hours.
If you cancel within the cancellation period before the session, full payment of the session is due.
Outside the cancellation penalty window, sessions can be rescheduled without charge, or your account will be credited with the session value.
Any credit must be used within two months (60 days) from date of first booked session.
