CANCELLATION POLICY:
*In-person sessions (KX) : 48 hours.
*Livestream sessions : 24 hours.
*Classes : 24 hours.
If you cancel 48 hours before your session start, full payment is due.
Sessions can be rescheduled without charge if you confirm you can't attend more than 48 hours before the session. Alternatively your account will be credited with the session value.
Any credit must be used within two months (60 days) from the reschedule request date.
