January, April and September are the ideal times to join me as we refresh ourselves with the foundations of our practice, but I welcome new starters throughout the year, and can plan classes to integrate you. If you have practiced before, please reserve a spot in a class by booking your preferred date, i look forward to sharing my yoga with you!
