if you are trying yoga for the first time, please contact me direct at Carolinemackleyyoga@outlook.com. Beginners are very welcome, and I like to get you started with the right class. January, April and September are the ideal times to join me as we refresh ourselves with the foundations of our practice, but I welcome new starters throughout the year, and can plan classes to integrate you. If you have practiced before, please reserve a spot in a class by booking your preferred date, i look forward to sharing my yoga with you!
