Carter's Pet Services Mantrailing, Scent Detection, Tracking & Trailing

Instructor Joleen Carter is an accredited Mantrailing Global Instructor and Assessor (since 2020), delivering structured Introduction, Progression, and Advanced Mantrailing sessions, as well as official Mantrailing Global Assessments.

She is a former UK Sniffer Dog Bronze and Silver Level Scent Detection Instructor and has supported the DDT (Detection Dog Trials) community as a Host and Judge.

Joleen is also a Scent Imprint for Dogs Level 2 Tracking & Trailing Instructor (since 2024) and a Certified K9 Human ID Tracking Handler with K9 Ilma Global Training. Her approach is practical, methodical, and focused on developing clear communication between dog and handler.

Refund policy

Your booking is only confirmed at the time of payment & payment is non-refundable outside of the 14 Day statutory cancellation period.

Carter's Pet Services reserve the right to cancel & reschedule an event without the need for a refund at any time. I.e. in the event of adverse weather conditions.

If your booking is made within 14 days of the start of the course/event then you agree to waive your right to rely upon the 14-day statutory cooling off & cancellation.

Bookings are non-transferable.

Payment maybe refunded if you need to cancel & we are able to fill your place with another participant.

If we are able to fill your cancelled place an administration free of £5.00 will be charged & you may receive a refund of the remaining monies paid; however, this will be solely at our discretion and no guarantees are made for refunds.
