All 'in person' classes have limited spaces to allow for comfort of attendees - read class descriptions for more information. Pregnancy Yoga and Mum & Baby Yoga are currently run on an ad hoc basis dependent on having sufficient numbers booking in advance (as from August 2023). Chair Yoga is only available online and there are two online Well Woman Yoga classes (Monday evening and Friday mornings) as well as two ‘in person’ Well Woman classes.
