All 'in person' classes have limited spaces to allow for comfort of attendees - read class descriptions for more information. Mum & Baby Postnatal Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga are currently paused so do get in touch if this is what you are looking for as I might be able to suggest an alternative provider. There are two online Well Woman Yoga classes (Monday evening and Friday mornings) as well as two ‘in person’ Well Woman classes. See the Schedule for more information. Once a class has been booked you are able to switch to a different session within the same week as long as there is space e.g. Friday morning online instead of Monday evening or Wednesday evening 'in person' instead of Tuesday morning. Chair Yoga is currently 'online' only on a Friday morning - with in person classes starting in the Autumn 2025. If you are unwell for your class please contact Cathy and do not attend an 'in person' event. Gift Vouchers of various denominations are available so why not buy a gift for friends or family members as a way to introduce them to yoga.
Cathy Welch has been teaching yoga for 20 years - originally specialising in practices suitable for women during pregnancy, she subsequently trained to teach Postnatal Yoga to include babies up to the age of 1 year. Over the last 10 years further training has included Foundation Course with British Wheel Of Yoga, Well Woman Yoga with Birthlight, YTT 200 hours with Your Yoga Flow, Menopause and Fertility Yoga with Birthlight, Chair Yoga with Subtle Yoga and a number of additional CPD yoga training events and yoga retreats all of which have enhanced her practice and added to her knowledge base and experience.
