Signature 9D Breathwork Journey

This immersive 9D Breathwork experience explores how you show up in relationships — starting with the one you have with yourself.

Many of us don’t realise how much our reactions in relationships are shaped by deeper patterns. Shutting down, holding things in, reacting, or pulling away… often without meaning to.

This journey creates a space to become aware of those patterns — not by talking about them, but by feeling and working through them in the body.

Through guided breath, immersive sound, and subconscious prompts, your system is supported into a state where real change can happen.

From this place, you may begin to:

  • notice your reactions more clearly in the moment
  • release tension held in past or present relationships
  • feel safer being open and expressing yourself
  • connect with others in a more grounded, honest way

This journey moves through activation, release, and integration — ending in a deeper sense of connection, clarity, and presence.

You are welcome to attend on your own, or share the experience with a partner, friend, or family member. Both work powerfully in different ways.

To truly meet another, we must first deeply meet ourselves.

Instructions

Session Information & Preparation

9D Breathwork sessions are immersive and deeply relaxing experiences designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation and inner clarity. To help you get the most from your session, please read the guidance below before attending.

  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can begin the session on time.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe and relax easily.
  • Avoid heavy meals for at least 1–2 hours before the session.
  • Bring water to stay hydrated.
  • Please avoid alcohol or recreational substances before attending.

What’s Provided at The Wellness Barn

For your comfort, the space is fully prepared for the experience. We provide:

  • Comfortable mats
  • Blankets
  • Eye masks

You are welcome to bring anything additional that helps you feel comfortable, such as your own pillow, blanket or mat.

During the Session

  • The session will be fully guided from beginning to end.
  • You are always in control of your breath and can pause or return to normal breathing at any time.
  • It’s normal to experience sensations such as tingling, temperature changes, emotional release or deep relaxation.
  • Facilitators will be present throughout the session to support the space.
