How the sessions work

Ctrl Alt Breathe is guided by Bryden, helping you pause, reset, and reconnect with your body through breath. Using 9D Breathwork, these sessions combine guided breathing with layered sound, music, and voice — working on both a physical and emotional level to help release built-up tension, regulate your nervous system, and shift what’s been stuck.
Most people don’t realise how much they’ve been holding… until they feel the difference after.

TASTER SESSION – Try 9D Breathwork (1.5 Hours)
A shorter, guided session where you’ll learn the breathing technique, experience the immersive 9D sound through headphones, and feel what it’s like to properly switch off.
No pressure. No experience needed. You don’t need to attend a Taster Session before joining a full journey — it’s simply a gentler way to get started.

SIGNATURE JOURNEYS – Deep 9D Breathwork (2.5 Hours)
These are the full experiences. Longer, immersive sessions designed to take you beyond relaxation — helping your body let go of what it’s been holding (often without you realising) and properly reset. You’ll be guided the whole way using breath, music, and 9D spatial sound through headphones.

CALM & UNWIND – Gentle online 9D Breathwork sessions
These sessions are for stress, overthinking and rest. These sessions are designed to help your body come out of stress mode and return to a steadier, calmer state. They can also be helpful after an activating Taster or Signature Journey, giving your system space to settle and integrate.

COURSE – The 12 Journeys Programme
A structured series designed to release old patterns and build lasting change over time. Many people feel a real shift after just one Signature Journey. But like layers of an onion, there’s often more underneath.
The 12 Journeys Programme allows you to go deeper, step by step — giving your system the time and space to release what’s been building over years, not just what’s on the surface. This is for people who don’t just want a one-off session…but want to feel consistently different in how they think, feel, and respond.
