Ctrl Alt Breathe – Reset Your Nervous System (9D Breathwork)

Welcome to Ctrl Alt Breathe

Ctrl Alt Breathe is a space for slowing down, resetting, and reconnecting with your body through guided breathwork.

Inspired by the idea of a reset — like pressing Ctrl + Alt + Delete — this work uses the breath to gently support the nervous system, release stored tension, and create space for clarity, without forcing change.

CTRL – regain control

ALT – shift your state

RESET – clear the system

Breathwork works with the body, not against it. You don’t need to “do” anything perfectly or push for an experience. Simply showing up and breathing is enough.

The approach

I work with 9D Breathwork — a guided practice that combines conscious breathing with layered sound, music, and verbal guidance to support regulation, release, and integration.

Some people experience deep relaxation, emotional release, insight, or a strong sense of grounding. Others experience something much subtler. All responses are valid.

There is no right or wrong way for it to feel.

Refund policy

1. Agreement

By booking and paying for a session, you agree to these terms and understand that completing the Health & Safety Intake Form is required before attending.

(You’ll receive the form link in your booking confirmation email.)

Go to www.ctrlaltbreathe.co/terms to read in full.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • In line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), you have a 14-day cooling-off period for online bookings, unless your session takes place within that time — in which case your right to cancel ends once the event begins.
  • You may reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your session for a full refund or transfer.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
  • If Ctrl Alt Breathe cancels or reschedules a session, you’ll be offered a transfer or full refund.

3. Attendance

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the session begins to maintain a calm, safe environment.

4. Responsibility

You agree to take responsibility for your own wellbeing during the session and to follow all guidance provided by the facilitator.
