How the sessions work

Ctrl Alt Breathe is guided by Bryden, helping you pause, reset, and reconnect with your body through breath.
Using 9D Breathwork, these sessions combine guided breathing with layered healing sounds, music, and voice to work on both a physical and emotional level—helping release built-up tension, regulate your nervous system, and shift stuck energy.

START HERE – Intro Breathwork
New to breathwork? A gentle, guided session to learn the breath, settle your system, and get a feel for the experience.

SIGNATURE – Deep Breathwork Journeys
Focused sessions that go beyond relaxation. Designed to help you release built-up tension, process what’s been sitting underneath, and leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more settled.

1. Agreement

By booking and paying for a session, you agree to these terms and understand that completing the Health & Safety Intake Form is required before attending.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • In line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), you have a 14-day cooling-off period for online bookings, unless your session takes place within that time — in which case your right to cancel ends once the event begins.
  • You may reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your session for a full refund or transfer.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
  • If Ctrl Alt Breathe cancels or reschedules a session, you’ll be offered a transfer or full refund.

3. Attendance

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the session begins to maintain a calm, safe environment.

4. Responsibility

You agree to take responsibility for your own wellbeing during the session and to follow all guidance provided by the facilitator.
