1. Agreement
By booking and paying for a session, you agree to these terms and understand that completing the Health & Safety Intake Form is required before attending.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
- In line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), you have a 14-day cooling-off period for online bookings, unless your session takes place within that time — in which case your right to cancel ends once the event begins.
- You may reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your session for a full refund or transfer.
- Cancellations within 7 days prior to the event, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
- If Ctrl Alt Breathe cancels or reschedules a session, you’ll be offered a transfer or full refund.
3. Attendance
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the session begins to maintain a calm, safe environment.
4. Responsibility
You agree to take responsibility for your own wellbeing during the session and to follow all guidance provided by the facilitator.
