Introducing an exciting new collaboration between sisters, Georgia and Amelia.
Georgia (that’s me - Back To You) is a prenatal yoga teacher and a sound healer with expertise in birth breath and movement. Amelia (owner of BROOD Family Studio) teaches meditation and mindfulness, is a baby massage instructor and is married to a trained chef, which is where she gets her cooking skills from! Both are mums and have years of experience working with pregnant women & babies.
We know pregnancy can be challenging, so we want to give you a whole day of treats and relaxation, including: yoga, sound bath, delicious food and workshops to prepare you for birth and motherhood. It will be a cosy and intimate day of up to 10 women, set in Amelia’s beautiful garden studio.

Bring your own favourite blanket (we have spares if not).
Yoga mats, blocks, eye masks & blankets provided.
Do bring a pregnancy pillow if you have one! ...or a firm pillow (we will have some cushions but want you to be as comfy as possible).
