Pregnancy Day Retreat 🧘‍♂️

Introducing an exciting new collaboration between sisters, Georgia and Amelia.

Georgia (that’s me - Back To You) is a prenatal yoga teacher and a sound healer with expertise in birth breath and movement. Amelia (owner of BROOD Family Studio) teaches meditation and mindfulness, is a baby massage instructor and is married to a trained chef, which is where she gets her cooking skills from! Both are mums and have years of experience working with pregnant women & babies.

We know pregnancy can be challenging, so we want to give you a whole day of treats and relaxation, including: yoga, sound bath, delicious food and workshops to prepare you for birth and motherhood. It will be a cosy and intimate day of up to 10 women, set in Amelia’s beautiful garden studio.

12.00  - Guided Meditation & Visualisation

12.30  - Birth Prep Workshop (breath, movement, holistic tools)

13.00 - Seasonal Kitchen Lunch (two courses)

14.00 - Sound Bath

14.45  - Soothing Babies Workshop (baby massage, reflexology, holistic tools)

15.15  - Closing Circle

15.30  - Drinks (fizz / mocktail) & chat
