Our Clay Club
The Clay Club at Lovebird Studios is ideal for experienced potters seeking a fully equipped, peaceful space to develop their craft. Whether you need access to professional tools or a creative environment to focus, we provide everything to support your practice.
Membership Benefits
- Flexible Studio Access: Work between 9am–9pm, 4 days a week (Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday), for up to 12 hours per week.
- Professional Equipment: Use our pottery wheels, hand-building tools, and specialist equipment.
- Generous Storage: Dedicated personal shelving for your projects.
- Clay Supply: We provide high-quality stoneware clay and specialist clays on request.
- Glazing & Firing: Reasonable use of studio glazes is included. Firings are charged at £1 per 100g for stoneware clay and £1.05 per 100g for white stoneware clay, calculated at leather-hard weight.
- Onsite Technical Support: Expert guidance is available when you need it.
- Exhibition Opportunities: Take part in two annual exhibitions to showcase your work.
Getting Started
