Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the class will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled to a future session (subject to availability).
Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before the class are eligible for rescheduling only, not refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class or no-shows are non-refundable, as your space has been reserved and preparation has already taken place.
Late Arrivals
Please aim to arrive on time. To maintain the group’s energy and flow, entry may not be possible once the session has begun.

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future class.
