Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the class will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled to a future session (subject to availability).
- Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before the class are eligible for rescheduling only, not refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class or no-shows are non-refundable, as your space has been reserved and preparation has already taken place.
Late Arrivals
- Please aim to arrive on time. To maintain the group’s energy and flow, entry may not be possible once the session has begun.
Event Cancellations by Facilitator
- In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future class.
