It Started With Lu - Upcoming Sessions

At It Started With Lu, the intention is simple, to hold space where people meet themselves.

When with the horses, they are always at liberty, free to move as they choose. There is no riding, and interaction is always optional. You’re very welcome to simply observe, reflect, and be.

You don’t need any experience with horses to attend. Sessions take place outdoors with the herd where possible, with the barn space used when needed.
